This is my first TOFFEE-Mocha combined x86-64 and i386 (Intel x86 64-bit and 32-bit) code release. Here is the release notes of the same:
- As discussed in one of my recent VLOG update/roadmap (NEWS :: Introducing TOFFEE-Butterscotch – Save and Optimize your Internet/WAN bandwidth), this TOFFEE-Mocha WAN Emulator contains a new polished GUI interface. This is going to be the new unified GUI with common GUI components(or library written from scratch) borrowed from my upcoming TOFFEE-Datacenter project.
- it will also contain the new upload/download constant delay feature and a dedicated option to enable/disable constant delay across the TOFFEE-Mocha as discussed in my recent news update: NEWS :: TOFFEE-Mocha WAN Emulation software development – Update: 20-Oct-2016.

- apart from these major changes, there are few code refinements done here and there and few minor bug-fixes.
